In case you are not feeling well to do the activities you booked, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can give notice to the service provider. CANCELLATION WITH PRIOR NOTICE POLICY: In case you need to cancel the excursion the following conditions* will apply:

  1. 24 hs. in advance notice (departure schedule) you will get total refund (100%).
  2. Until 5 PM of the day before the excursion you will get 50% refund.
  3. After 5 PM of the day before the excursion, No Refund applies.

Most of the excursions we offer are not affected by weather conditions. Rain, snow and wind are very common in Patagonia so we go in almost every weather, but in some cases we depend on the decision of the service provider.
